I get them from time to time. They get particularly noticable when taking narcotic painkillers, which is another reason I stay away from them. I also have a left bundle branch block. The elecrical signal to the left side of my heart is gone so it kind of piggybacks on the signal to the right side. Because of this my EGK is all funky.
