I used Zomig for a couple of years with pretty good success. Then, because I switched to an insurance that only covered Imitrex, I tried that for a few months, hated it and went back to Zomig. For some reason, when I started it again, it didn't work well for me at all. It took longer and I needed more of it. Very odd. Maxalt seems to work okay, though. I use the wafer that dissolves on your tongue, but it's still not as fast acting as I had hoped.
