Hi,
I have suffered for 25 years from headaches that seem to be a combination of part cluster/part tension. The pain, like cluster, is a day ender. Only it doesn't stop, until sometimes after sundown (can't explain that, either.) Reasonable muscle relaxers, antiinflammatories and new drugs like Neurontin have been chewed up and spat out by this headache, after moderate results in the beginning.
Heavier medicines, like Fioricet, are helpful, but only strong doseages. Once out of control, I try ice on the neck, antihistimines for the sinus pain and pressure around the eyes and face.
They can come everyday for weeks at a time, then disappear. Then return mildly. Then return with a vengeance.

Does this ring a bell or make sense to anyone?
Any help or leads would be so wonderfully appreciated.

Thank you,
Bill Campbell
