Would somebody who knows how to set CGI "submit" buttons on the correct page *please* contact me.
My questionnaire is completed. But I want the "submit" button on the last page - not on the Introduction before the questions start.
Earthlink keeps referring me to sites that do *not* answer this question. Somebody help!!
