Elaine wrote about the guilt.
I don't feel that, but wonder about the feeling of 'normalcy' when the pain hits.
When I am in a remission, I try to live like a non-clusterhead.
However, it is always in the back of my mind 'how long will this period of normalcy be?'.
I am almost relieved when a cycle starts because then there is no need to wonder about it anymore.
It is then that I actually do feel 'normal'.
