i also find that i get them every 2-4 hours through the night until i started to take fioricet when the headache subsided before going back to sleep. it usually lasts 4-6 hours and u can get to sleep. i sometimes wake with a 2-4 (kip) because of the fioricet so you can try midrin instead (that makes me feel a little sick to my stomache) but it helps. i even try taking 2 fioricets before going to sleep and that helps keep them from even starting too.
