Hi, My name is Jen. I've been getting clusters since I was 12. I have migraines too, but they are pretty
much insignificant in comparison.
My treatments have changed over the last 10 years or so, I started out with meditation, I've seen similar
stuff on the board like bio-feedback, but it's a little different. Then I switched to Cannabis, but that
only worked half the time, sometimes it made it worse.
I went through the gamut of prescription drugs, I'm allergic to Imitrex, Cafegot made me sick, Atenol didn't
help, plus it made me fat. Right now I am using a combination of Fioricet and pot, but I am looking for new
things to try, since I can't exactly smoke pot at work.I was really interested in the shrooms post, I think
I may try that next. I wanted to try Oxygen, but I smoke, so that probably isn't the best idea.
I did find this wonderful stuff though, it is called "white flower". It's an analgesic balm they sell at most
asian markets, and the smell of it is wonderful for relieving your sinuses while you are having an attack. It
doesn't take away the pain, but it is an incredible comfort to at least relieve part of it. :) I just smell
it straight from the bottle usually, but last night, I tried it directly on my temples, it was a little slice
of heaven. I actually got to sleep.
Anyway, too much info, but Hi! :)
