When I was on the wrong medication (wrong diagnosis), so in fact totally without meds, I had exactly the same pattern, every two hours at night, on the dot.

Now I have oxygen, to abort the atacks, so I can slide back into bed after 10 minutes of breathing, which I am now doing almost in my sleep - at the end of the pain attack of course.

If you have not yet tried oxygen, I suggest you do; check it out under the buttons left.

A general thought, from what I have seen on this board attacks have the sneaky habit of changeing
in rythm, intensity, length, side and reaction to meds, after a certain length of time.

This may just be your new pattern... Try sleeping during the day, worked for me at the time, for the attacks never snuck up on me in daylight.

Hang in there, annemarie
