We have a Monaco Suite reserved from check-in on Friday till check-out on Sunday. We will use this as a social gathering place/hospitality suite. It is reserved under my name, Bob Pahlow. To find the room number, check at the front desk and ask for the room number. Check under my name and OUCH also.
We have a meeting room reserved for Saturday. Again check under both names to find which room number it is.
Friday is get to know each other/social time at the suite or on the town.
Saturday we will meet to have round table discussions, in the meeting room, on any subject the group wants to discuss. Meals are on your own however I'm trying to arrange refreshments in the meeting room for the morning and afternoon. Saturday night we hope to have a group dinner (Dutch treat)(you pay for your meal).
Sunday morning is time for more socializing and goodbys.
Please think of things you would like to discuss on Saturday. We will have 25-30 clusterheads gathered in one room and not limited by this elecronic means of speaking. We should be able to share a lot of experience and ideas.
