Following a suggestion on Simon Bowers UK site, I printed the medical info pages out and sent them to my GP prior to an appointment.
The doctor was very complementary about them, and has agreed to try me on the preventative Pizotifen. After about 8 years trying to get somewhere with the NHS I feel as though I have now made a breakthrough.
So thanks a lot - all I have to do now is wait for the first signs of my next cycle so I can try them out!
