Unfortunately, Paco, the heat involved in frying up the mushrooms would certainly destroy most, and very likely all, of the psilocybin/psilocin.

That is the reason why when making the tea it is important to simmer them, rather than use a full-on boil, and to restrict even the simmering time to no more than ten minutes.
