Yes. I also experience blurred vision in my HA eye. The extent depends on the previous nights HA's. The first neuro I ever saw ordered an MRI to see if "there is anything in there that is making that eye bulge out like that". I explained it was just the pain that makes my face somewhat distorted. Scanned anyway and didn't find anything unusual. In addition, my ear on the HA side rings constantly and the sinus on that side are constantly swollen. Thank God I'm episodic and only go through this for a couple of months every two years.
