Your doc, Dr. Robbins, is a member of OUCH. I just got his book, Headache Help. Although there are no great breakthrough ideas about CH in the book, he does a good job of addressingit. Also has a nice list of drugs and their composition/uses.
He does start the CH chapter by saying it is probably the most severe pain know to man.
