The description on Pfizer's page says that regulatory trials for Relpax are "ongoing", both in the United States and in Europe, so I guess it will be a while before we can try it.
I came across the reference to it on Dr. Lawrence Robbins' page. He says he is using it on his migraine patients. I guess he must be part of the group that is carrying out the regulatory trials. I find it odd that he didn't make clear that the stuff is not yet available to regular folks. Oh, well.
