Bob gets tired of me extolling the virtues of Dramamine that causes sleep as a side effect. But I've seen it get Mike through the night when he needed sleep desperately. Didn't affect the cycle, but it did serve the purpose and continues to be a saviour for him during a cycle.
The nice thing about OTC stuff is that it is non-addictive and non-narcotic. Try it...let us know.
