I'm so sorry you've had such a bad time. I know that the public humiliation can be worse than the pain, in a sense. I had a simular humiliation about a year ago, when I was forced to testify as a witness in court. I pleaded with the lawyer to postpone, but he'd never heard of clusters and I don't think he believed me. I ended up having to be dragged up to the stand and had the whole courtroom peering at me as though I were in a freak show. The judge ended up stopping everything and calling paramedics. I think they thought I was on drugs or something. I still cringe when I think of that humiliating experience. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. Feel better soon.
