Hello everyone, My name is Jimmy, and I'm new to this site.. Up until about 6 weeks ago, I had been free from CH's for 6 years, with the aid of Verlan/240 mg. a day. Out of the blue, WHAM!!! They're back. I don't know why, or what triggered the onset, but... you all know what I mean. I guess I'm "out of the loop" when it comes to knowing what the newest treatments are, so I've been hitting the local rescue units lately during an attack for Oxygen. I used to take Ergotomine for an acute attack, but before I go to the Doc on Monday, I was curious to see if anyone else has had this scenario, and what is available for an acute attack.
I was quite surprised to find this site, and I must say, I don't feel alone as I used to. I know that there are people that understand what these things are like...I suppose now I can say to myself "why us" instead of "why me"? Thanks for reading, and all feedback is welcome..
My thoughts go out to all,
