Oh my gosh! I thought I was the only one going through this. I was afraid it meant I had some severe problem! I didn't want to ask the doc because I figured he would think I was looney. I started having this problem and initially thought it had something to do with sleep positions or posture because I tended to get them at night. Then, I started having this problem during the day.
