Chiros claim to be able to work on trigger points that supposedly bring on clusters. I had hurt my neck about 14 years ago and the clusters started about a year and a half after. I recently was seeing a chiro for my low back and mentioned the clusters to him. He felt he could work out the stiffness in my neck thus ending the clusters, Fat chance. He actually brought on an episode which is not even responding to prednisone. So I'm sceptical about anysort of massage therapy or chiropractic care claiming to do anything for me.
