This message was posted by someone like all of you has these terrible headaches. This person is depressed and has been suicidal for years, probably feels guilty about everything. Doesn't know from day to day how much to take. Abuse, etc. Maybe feels like deserves the pain. Didn't intend to upset anyone. Appreciates you and this place very much. Monster in my mind is really bad.
