Chuck, There is a topical from of Cocaine that you can use intrasnasally....that is, Cocaine drops. It is a small amount, but still has side effects like everything. The Cocaine is a strong topical numbing agent, when used as a sphenopalatine block....drop it into the nose, utilizing a special but simple technique. It worked as a great abortive for me on several occasions. Unfortunately, one time I did suffer a coronary spasm. It was that to be the Cocaine or combination with other meds. Hope that helps.
