The narcs never helped me. I found that they hid the first part of the HA pretty well but once the HA got up around 10 they couldn't cover it up anymore. They usually caused me to delay taking my cafergot until it was too late. I'd rather know when the HA is first starting so I can medicate. I do use a lidocaine nasal spray which helps some until the cafergot kicks in so the cocaine nasal spray may do the same. Seems like a shame to not be able to enjoy the cocaine buzz because of the pain. Just joking, I'm 48 y/o and never use the stuff (anymore).
