are as severe as Kyle sas. Some are gentler. My first "cycle" consisted of only two attacks - and a lot of shadows that I didn't recognize as such at the time.
Checking out the medical info and doing the cluster quiz is a very good idea though.
BTW, try the coffee on someone else - there may have been some bad stuff in it. But do warn them beforehand.
