The fungus combating stuff is Daktarin, which in a different form is also used for vaginal "fungus"(?). This was for my toe nails, though.
Oh, and I don't mean you can't be right, but you have to take deviants like me into account.
Maybe we will find out there are two or three different causes for CH, with different results.
Now there's a thought...
