I can run to temporarily abort the CH, but when I stop it catches up with me (paints a pretty metaphor, doesn't it?) as for oxygen, my doctor would like to help me out, but I live in the barracks and compressed air tanks are prohibited (ahhh, the wisdom of the Marine Corps) so I suffer.
