So typical of clusters. No wonder they're so hard to cure. When I get angry the adrenilan keeps me from getting an attack. It's when I'm fully relaxed that I get one. Of course if I'm really going to get one they find the time to come. I used to play a lot of Hockey before I got chronic. I would neber get one during a game. Afterwards I could count on a doozy. One time near the end of a game I was really tired. (I play Goalie. Ihave learned learned self hynosis to help with my migraines. Anyway I was doing self hypnosis near the last 2 minutes of the game and we were way ahead and I had a short break. I got so relaxed I got a major attack right there on the ice. That was the pits. A few people knew me well enough to know what to do. They got me to the locker room and I used a couple sprays of stadol to get me through. At the time it was very embarssing but sometimes we joke about it. I am just unable to play much any more. Thanks MIKE L
