I usually take a steo down cycle that lasts sixteen days going from 30-40 mg a day down to 5mg
It usually will break up the cycle and then i just wait for the next attack which will be in 6-8 months. I don't suffer any bad side effects but then again I don't know what it would be like to take them any longer than that. Being chronic, and God give you strength to fight that, I don't know how long you'd have to take them.
