Nimodipine is a calcium channel blocker, similar to verapamil. It, however, acts much more on the brain arterioles...and is the first line of choice in treating people with intracranial bleeding. It is a very interesting choice, given Rich's history. I don't know if it will work, but it a good idea and worth a try.
