Lois and Ellen, I have just started taking Bellergal-s in the last three days (8-10-2000). How has it been working for the two of you? I also have been having hot flashes, since I had to go off of estrogen. So far I do not notice much difference, maybe it is too soon. The hot flashes aren't terribly bad, just annoying to me.
