Amanda, I don't know you and I don't think I can spin off any maxims that are gonna save your butt. It seems, however, that there are a lot of people who are offering you their ears if not their prayers. Maybe that will help.
At the same time, I can say that having a flesh and blood person to talk to can make a big difference. Is there anyone close to you or someone you can think of who can fit this role?
Even though I'm a clusterhead, too, I can't put myself in your shoes. I don't really know what you're going thorough. What has helped me, however, is reducing what I can expect from life and learning to enjoy what happens between bouts. Having an understanding wife has helped a lot, of course.
I hope that somehow, you'll find something or someone to hang on to.
