I'm new here too and was wondering the same thing. My body?! face?! seem to change during an episode. I LOOK different. Not just the runny eyes and stuffy nose but this...strangers face. I also feel like I'm shot with speed after an attack for about an hour, then I go into a coma. But what amazed me after reading the posts were how many of us have discovered all the same little "tricks"...vigorous hair brushing, hot showers, etc. I found these tricks on my own, it's as if my body was telling me that this will help.
I'll be curious to see if there is a questionaire.
