DJ, I suspect you may have started one of the most sucessful message boards & chat areas on the net. It is astonishing how may people visit and share, in such a civil and compassionate manner.
Good luck with the review. If they want to know what clusters are about, refer them to this site. Further, if you start to have some real problems with them, post here to let us know what we can do and who / where to contact.
