Sometimes after an attack I am completely exhausted, like I have been up for days and been through hell. Actually, I have been through hell. But, more often, I notice that I do feel euphoric when its over. I think, with us, our brains are readjusting to normalcy (whatever that is) and the euphoria maybe a "side effect" of it. But, I'm no doctor.
