Marc, I get the 6mg injections and pitch the autoinjector. My husband gives me a third of the shot per headache, saving the rest for a later date. Way too expensive (even though I would mortgage my house for them!) My brother who also suffers, does the same thing and we've found it just as effective as the "whole" dose. The docs don't like to hear this though,as they think it's unsanitary, but we're very careful to keep it as sterile as possible.
