I have found the 02 to be helpful in reducing the intensity of the pain and the duration, however not consistantly. I'm new at using the 02, and therefore it's success may depend upon how soon into the attack you begin administering the 02, and how you control breathing during 02 administration. I did not find the Sansert to be helpful on it's own, but never used it in combination with the 02. Best of luck with the fight, and may you have many pain free days ahead.
