While this article is certainly over my head technically, I have had times when I had all the symptoms except the extreme pain, and probably it is fairly common.
I was trying to explain this to my neurologist on my last visit. I'll print this article to back me up on my next try.
There seems to be so much more to this disease than even the "experts" are aware of.
