When I first went to the doctor for Ch. My X's X wife had just died from an anurisum. She got a very bad headache before she died.
The first thing the nuro. did was to get an MRI of my brain done. ( That scared the living crap out of me. I just knew that I had the same thing!)
Anyway, 11 yrs later they still tell me i have a normal brain.(get that! Normal! LOL)
It takes time to get used to the fact that you have CH and that it will not kill you. (even thow sometimes you wish that it would.)
Sorry I dont know you and do not know when you found out.
Your coping skills will improve. However, when ever you want to vent DO IT! All of us need to vent once in a while.
