It seem that Aetna US Healthcare denies anything that costs them some money. Then you have to pick a fight with them. I had my neurologist fill out the appropriate forms to get me pre-certified. That worked and then they told me they would only cover 9 pills/month.
Well, now I get the Amerge every month(whether I have CH or not) and stockpile them so I have enough when the cycle comes around. Plus I usually only take 1/2 of the 250 mg. pill and that's good enough.
