Heat seems to make it worse for me. I have 2 ice
bags just in case one leaks, and I keep one of those cold packs in the freezer at work. I even
wet tablespoons and throw them in the freezer at
work, so I can press it against my temple when I'm
at my desk. One night I was babysitting at my son's house and I used a frozen bag of peas on my
face and a can of frozen lemonade behind my neck:)
