I've been doing O2 for about 15 years and it has worked to abort the beast almost all of the time. The times it didn't were the mid-morning attacks that woke me up with a full blown CH. I even found a way to beat those by chilling to O2 and would be happy to send you the details. Drop me an email if interested.
