I currently take the drug for hot flashes due to forced menopausal symptoms brought on by Lupron injections. I feel that it helps with the hot flashes but does not eleviate them altogether. I only take it once a day because it makes me so drowsy to the point to where I can't function. Another reason not to take it twice...addictions as I have read. It also helps with my mood swings.
