Hi everyone. Just got back from the US where I attended at the OUCH convention. Just wanted to say thanks to DJ again for setting up this site and thanks to everyone who got involved in the 'O'ganisation of OUCH ;o) It was one of the best things in my life to finally meet others with this Fucking condition (DJ just for you ;o)) I honestly don't think there is anything I can say that would come close to describing how it feels to meet someone who really knows what you go through, so I won't even try. However I felt so good about the whole thing that I was thinking of suggesting a less formal get together in the UK. I'm not suggesting a convention here as I wouldn't know where to start with that right now, or for that matter have the time to organise it. I was thinking more along the lines of a day trip to London. Anyone in the UK or Europe who fancies coming over for the day to London. I live 10 minutes walk from London Bridge I could set up my apartment as an open house and people could just turn up for a drink and go as they like, and or perhaps if we get enough people to confirm they would like to get together we could go up one the London Eye Ferris wheel and scream OUCH from the top of it or something! ;o) It's just an idea, but if you all think it would be fun I have no objections opening my home to visitors. What do you all think???? I guess I should ask how many of you actually posting are from the UK or Europe?
