neck pain just prior to this cycle. I think it was just a harbinger to the attack coming on, not a trigger. It felt like I had a terrible draft on the back of my neck almost like what I would imagine rheumatism or arthritis feeling like. I brought a portable heater to work and blasted it on my neck all day but the attack came on anyway a short time later when I was exposed to mold. Hope this helps.
