You sound similar to me, having tried the verapamil, midrin, cafergot, fiorinal, codeine, vicdain, etc. etc...up to and inclding snorting the lidocaine up my nose!!!! (no it didn't work for me either, just made me throw up! which is really adding misery to misery!!!) What works for me when I'm on cycle now is 1200 mg lithium a day and then breathing the pure 02 and popping 2 cafergot for the ones that break thru. Good luck and welcome back to the board.
