A common medication for cluster headache is amitriptilyne (take it easy anonymous) aka. Elavil. It also happens to be an antidepressant. Might be worth a try. A guy that works with me also suffered CH. They put him on Elavil about 5 years ago and he hasn't had a HA since. I tried once, about two clusters ago and it just made me very drowsy. Good luck.
