Just ended (I hope) my worst cycle ever, 3 months with no sign of stopping .. 3 to 5 a day and most were really severe. I got into poison oak and it tried to kill me ( haha ). The doc gave me a steroid dose pack (methylprednisilone) for 1 week, and when that didn't work he gave me prednisone taper (starting with 6 a day for 4 days). I climbed the walls for a little while there but my headaches stopped immediately with the first dose pack ( thank God for poison oak ). I have had 3 headaches in 3 weeks I'll take it! Hope it works for you too.
