Get a doctor who treats cluster headache - preferably a neurologist. The things prescribed for you are not what very many people take for CH because they don't work. CH pain is of a different sort - almost never relieved even by the strongest pain killers. Check out the links for CH medications and tell your doctor you want to try one of these.
Be mean if you have to - we have to fight for relief from the demon.
