It's possible that it is dated, but my experience is what worked before doesn't work this year or maybe your body just gets to a tolerance point and it loses the effect. I found the stuff worked for a few days and then became less effective. That's the problem, what works some years doesn't later and you keep trying different things until maybe you get it right. This is a good site for looking at different alternatives as well. Some of these guys maybe onto it with Diflucan also.
