sup homez? most of the tablets are 50MG, it needs to be between 700 and 900 MG for most ppl, go down to wal-mart and look for equate(thah brand) motion sickness pills, thats exactly what it should be, that is the store brand and a whole hell of a lot cheaper then to buy the brand dramamine, just look at the back and make sure that the active ingrediant is dyphenhydramine.bye
