I saw my Neuro on Friday. It was my first check up since going on Verapamil in December. I told him some friends on the board were taking a lower dose of Verap. than me and I was wondering if I could take less. He said that recent literature suggested that less than 360mg a day did not seem to be effective for most people. I tapered up to 360mg from the beginning and I haven't had a HA since.
Take it for what it's worth. I just thought I would share, and save somebody the $200.00 a visit.
